1 C. chopped Onion

Instructions |

|
Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Season w/ salt and pepper, if desired.
|

Add undrained tomatoes and 1 C. water to boil. Stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Stir in cheese. Garnish w/ sliced green onions and sour cream, if desired.
