1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tbsp. finely chopped onions

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. lemon juice

Few drops of Tabasco sauce
|
| |
Dash of salt and peper
|
| |
Finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions |

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until
well blended. (we use the food processor).

Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings

Mix well. Chill.

Shape into two balls, roll in nuts, and chill again.
