     Ramos Fizz

Ingredients
3 ice cubes
1 egg white
2 oz. cream
1 oz. gin
2 tsps. fine sugar
3/4 oz sweet & sour mix
 
Instructions
Mix above ingredients in blender.
In chilled glasses put 3 drops of Orange Flower Water.
Fill glass to within one inch of top of glass.
Add 3 more drops of orange and add remainder of the fizz mixture.
