In small bowl, blend sour cream and brown sugar and chill. (Works better if done over night.) Place 6 slices of the toast in bottom of greased 9 X 13 pan. Layer with ham and cheese and remaining 6 slices of toast. Spread apple pie filling over top.
If making the night before cover with foil and refridgerate. Take out and let set to room temp before baking.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with sour cream and brown sugar mix.
