     Sweet/Sour Green Beans

Preptime   overnight
Ingredients
3 slices bacon
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 can french style green beans
1 small onion diced
Slivered almonds
 
Instructions
Fry bacon. Crumble and set aside. Heat vinegar and sugar in bacon fat. Add to beans in a casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, add onion and almonds. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
