Slice bananas and coat with lemon water, then drain well. Mix together milk, sour cream, and pudding mix. Gently fold bananas into pudding mixture. Put bananas and pudding in crust.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold cool whip into cream cheese and spread over pudding. Chill.
