     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
10 (8 oz) baking potatoes
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c heavy cream, hot
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c onions, diced fine and sauteed
3 oz grated cheddar cheese
3 oz bacon, fried and crumbled
 

Instructions
Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cut top off and scoop out potatoes. In mixer, cream together butter, cream, and sour cream. Spoon back potato skins and top with onions, cheese and bacon. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
