     Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 recipe pie crust
 

Instructions
Beat eggs lightly with wire wisk, and add remaining ingredients one at a time.
Pour into a 9 inch pie shell.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then 300 until knife stuck in the middle come out clean, about 30-40 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whipped cream or Haagen Dazs Creme Brulee ice cream.
