     Meat Balls

Ingredients
3 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup light cream or canned milk
1 large onion
Oregano to taste
2 eggs
1/2 cup fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
 
2 cloves garlic

Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Make into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Brown at 350 for 30 min.
If desired you can make gravy from the drippings, add meat balls and simmer for another 30 min. You can freeze these meat balls and use as desired.
