     Tuna Short Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup soft butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
3 tbsps. boiling water
1 large can tuna
Mixed vegetables
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 450, put bisquick & butter in a bowl, add boiling water and stir with fork until dough forms a ball.
Divide into 6 parts. With palm of hand flatten each part into flat roundson a baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika, Bake 8 minutes.
Cook enough broccoli (or vegetable of your choice) to cover a 7 x 11-inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with the cooked vegies, cover veggies with one can of drained and broken up tuna.
Heat one can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of milk and pour over vegie and tuna mixture. Place short pie on top and bake at 450, 8-10 minutes until heated through.
