2 squirts of worcestershire sauce, approximately 1 teaspoon
2 shakes garlic powder, approximately 1/4 teaspoon
2 squirts lemon concentrate, or approximately 1 teaspoon
(If using fresh lemon juice use to taste)
1 - 7 ounce can of Minced clams, drained - not chopped clams
Some saved juice from the canned clams
Instructions
Place softened cream cheese into a small mixing bowl. Add
mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, & lemon juice.
Open canned clams, tip some of the clam juice into the mixing
bowl, approximately 2-3 Tablespoons. Drain remaining liquid
into a another container in case you would like to add more later.
Add minced clams.
Mix all ingredients until cream cheese is thoroughly blended with
all other ingredients. Taste, re-season if necessary. Place
covered in refrigerator to store.
