     Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1/4 cup orange juice
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cin
12 tsp sugar
 
8-9 apples
Instructions
mix first 5 ingreds
add vanilla, baking powder. mix sep cin and 12 tsp sugar. slice apples.
pour 1/2 batter into greased pan, 1/2 apples, 1/2 of sugar and cin. rest of batter, apples cin and sugar. bake 350 for 1.5 hours.
