     Aunt Dorothy's Pickled Okra

Ingredients
1.5 lbs okra
4 garlic cloves
4 dill spears ( can use 1 1/2 T dill seeds)
2 c cider vinegar
1 3/4 cups water
3 T. sugar
1 1/2 T canning salt
1 1/2 mustard seeds
1 tsp crushed red peppers
 

Instructions
Boil all ingredients except Okra, garlic and dill for 1 minute. Let stand for 5 minutes. Put okra in jars and pour liquid over and seal. Refrigerate for 3 days before serving.
