     Mexican layered dip

Ingredients
15 oz refried beans
olive oil
18 oz green chili salsa
15 oz black beans
18 oz chipotle salsa
1 lime (and zest) and 1 lemon juiced
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 jalapeno - chopped
2 tbsp hot sauce
 
4 scallions - chopped
2 tbsp cilantro - chopped
2 tsp cumin
2 cups sour cream
2 ripe avocados
2 plum tomatoes - diced
salt
spanish olives - chopped
tortilla chips

Instructions
heat refried beans, season with hot sauce. Transfer to deep cassarole dish. Heat oil, sear scallions 2-3 minutes. Add green salsa - heat - add cilantro - layer on top of beans. Heat black beans, season with cumin layer on top of salsa.
Top with chipotle salsa. Mix sour cream with lime zest, layer on top of salsa. Combine avacado with garlic, lemon, jalapeno, and salt - layer on salsa. Garnish dip with tomatoes and olives
