Meatloaf

Ingredients

	1 egg
	1/2 cup bread crumbs
	1 and 1/2 lb hamburger
	salt and pepper
	1/2 tsp nutmeg
	1/2 tsp ginger
	1/2 tsp allspice
	chopped onion
	cheese of choice - sliced


Instructions


Mix everything but cheese.


Form into roll and put in 9x13 pan - layer cheese inside.


Bake in bread pan for 45 - 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
