1 tbsp olive oil
|

1 medium onion, chopped
|

1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
|
|
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
|
|
2 tsp ground cumin
|
|
2 cans northern or navy beens
|
|
1 can chicken broth
|
|
1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast
|
|
Montery Jack cheese
|

|
|
|
|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook onion in large skillet with olive oil for 4
minutes, or until transparent. Add chilies, flour
and cumin. Cook and stir for two minutes.

Add beans and chicken broth and bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until
thickened.
|
|
|
Add chicken until hot
|
|
|
Top each serving with cheese, sour cream and salsa
(if desired)
