     Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 anchovies
2 tbsp dijon
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 3/4 cups olive oil
 
1/4 cup Parmesan
Instructions
Combine all ingreadients except olive oil and Parmesan and mix well.
Slowly add in olive oil while mixing well.
Add Parmesan and mix.
