The easiest way to form the dough is to roll out on a pastry sheet
or a floured flat surface - roll into a circle 1/2 inch thick. Cut
dough into rounds with a biscuit cutter. (if you like biscuits I
suggest you invest in a biscuit cutter - if you use a glass instead
or another blunt instrument to cut the rounds you actually seal
the sides of the dough and the biscuits don't rise as well.)
You can also form the rounds by hand.
