add pecans to egg whites & coat each pecan well
add cinnamon & sugar & salt coat pecans evenly
pour one layer onto prepared pans lined with aluminum foil & sprayed with pam
Bake 300 degrees 30 minutes - stir every 10 minutes
convection oven feature last 10 minutes
