     Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
2lbs of frozen hash browns
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 tbsp sale (or more if you like)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups of sour cream
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tbsp of pepper (more if you like)
1/2 cup of chopped onions (optional)
Bag of precooked crumbled sausage (optional, but reccomended)
 

Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. You can add more cheese if you'd like to the top of the dish.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot.
