     Dilly Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 (3 to 4 pounds) boneless beef chuck roast
1 (16 ounce) jar dill pickles, undrained
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 garlic gloves, minced
hamburger buns
 

Instructions
Cut roast in half and place in slow cooker. Add jar of pickles with juice, chili sauce, and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 8 to9 hours( I like to start it the night before and cook on low all day) Discard pickles remove roast and shred, return to crock pot. Heat through, serve on buns using a slotted spoon.
