     Rhubarb pie

Ingredients
3 tbsp flour
1 and 1/3 cup sugar
1 egg - beaten
3 cups rhubarb - cut into small pieces
2 tsp butter
2 pie crusts
 

Instructions
Mix flour and sugar together. Add egg. Mix thoroughly and add rhubarb. Line pie pan with crust and pour filling in.
Cover with crust, dot with butter and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
Strawberries and/or pineapple can be added.
