Mix sugar, oil, cocoa together. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to cocoa mix. Chill overnight.

|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Shape dough into 1 inch ball and roll in powdered sugar. Place on baking sheets.
(Use ice cream scoop of even size cookies.)

|
Bake 12-14 minutes. Cool on sheet for 1 minute.
(Speed bake 7 minutes for small cookies.)
