Mix together melted margarine and crumbs,pat into a 9-13 pan. Refridgerate while doing the rest.
Mix 1 cup milk and pudding mixes, whisk for about 2 min. than mix in ice cream, pour into cooled crust and top with cool whip and heath bar chips. Refridgerate for 2 hours before serving.
