Lay out the pastry to soffen. Now start to fry you bacon, while cooking take a pinch of parsly and sprinkle on top of the bacon. When the bacon is cooked leave it to cool.

Now get a medium bowl and beat the eggs. Start to grate the cheese. Then add the cheese to the egg mixture. Cut the bacon into small pieces then add to the mixture. Add the milk and stir till mixed in.

Get a quiche tray out and greese all over. Start to roll out your pastry with a rolling pin untill fairly thin. Place the pastry in the quiche tray.

|
Pure the mixture into the quich tray and place it in the oven for 40minutes.
gas mark 6, 400F, 200c.
