     Mexican WonTon Cups

Ingredients
3 inch Wonton Squares
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1/2 each green and red pepper chopped
2 bunches green onion chopped
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
 

Instructions
Brown sausage. Drain.
Arrange wonton wrappers in mini muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees until wontons are lightly brown (about 5 min.). Put on cookie sheet to cool.
Mix cooked sausage, cheese, ranch dressing, peppers, and onions. Put filling in wonton cups. Bake 5 to 7 min. Watch closely so the wonton cups don't burn.
