4 heaping Tablespoons sour cream mixed with 1 tsp.soda
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar eggs, then add foaming sour cream and dry ingredients.
Add vanilla and mashed bananas.
Pour batter into greased, floured loaf pan.
Let stand for 1/2 hour.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 min. Let cool
