     Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients
2 tsp yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water
1 egg yolk beaten
1/2 tsp salt blended with 2 cups flour
SAUCE
1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 pint tomatoes
1/2 lb mozarella
3 oz tomatoe paste
 
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp basil flaked
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
Mix crust ingredients. Turn on board and kneed until smooth. Cover and let rise 2 hours. Put dough in cast iron skillet and mold to sides.
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain tomatoes reserving 1/4 cup tomatoe juice. Cut tomatoes and layer on dough. Sprinkle with slat and pepper. Cover with 1/2 lb of mozarella. Sprinkle with meat and any vegetables. Combine 3 oz tomatoe paste, reserved tom juice, garlic, oregano, and basil. Spread over meat and veg. Salt and pepper. Scatter parmesan on top.
Bake 25-30 minutes til crust is done at 400 degrees.
