Mix brown sugar, sugar, flour, with fork then with hand until fine. (take out 1/2 cup for toping). Add to remaining mixture, egg, butter, milk, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well, spead in greased rectangle pan. (Mix together 4 or 5 Heath Bars chopped, 1/2 c pecans, 1/2 cup dry mix.) Sprinkle topping evenly over cake batter. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
