     Mongolian Stir Fry

Ingredients
16 Oz chicken
2 bags of Shirataki Tofu Noodles
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup sprouts
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tsp chopped garlic
1.5 Tbsp canola oil
3 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp lime juice (or lemon)
 

Instructions
Cut up chicken and vegetables. Cut up chicken into thin slices. Open bag of noodles and drain out and dry thoroughly. Add chicken, noodles, vegetables and sauces into a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. In large pan on high heat pour in all ingredients. Let cook for 6-8 minutes then drain excess liquid and oil. Continue to cook on high for another 5-8 minutes till noodles and chicken are cooked thoroughly. Divide into two servings and enjoy. Makes 2 servings
