     Ground Turkey with Spaghetti squash

Ingredients
2 cup baked spaghetti squash
18 oz ground lean turkey
2 large tomatoes
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
4 Tbsp no sugar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
 

Instructions
Take tomatoes and boil in hot water for 5-7 minutes till soft. While they are cooking, place ground turkey into another pan and cook on high. Once the tomatoes are soft and bursting out of their skin, place in blender and mix thoroughly. Once they are mixed pour 3/4 of a cup mixture back into the pan and cook on high. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce. Cook for 3- 5 minutes while stirring till desired texture. Once meat is cooked stir meat into spaghetti sauce and heat on low till ready to serve. Cut Spaghetti squash in half and bake for 1 hour. Once done take a fork and gently pull the squash away from the edge. It should come out looking like spaghetti noodles. Place on plate add sauce and enjoy!!!
