     Grilled Tilapia W/Aioli Sauce and Veggies

Ingredients
3 cup veggies of choice
20 oz tilapia
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt and pepper
4 Tbsp fat free sour cream
2 Tbsp fat free mayo
4 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
 
4 tsp water

Instructions
Rinse fish and pat down dry with paper towel. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper evenly over both sides. Rub lightly to coat. Heat a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 3 minutes on each side or till it flakes easily when tested with a fork. While the Tilapia is cooking, in a small bowl mix in sauce ingredients and set aside. Once Fish is done cooking, place on plate and cover with aioli sauce. Pair with favorite approved veggies and enjoy!
