Wash Collard Greens. Then chop into 2 inch pieces.
Set aside.

Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces with kitchen
scissors. Julienne Onions. Combine in large pot and
cook to sweat onions.

Add in chicken broth, minced onion and collard
greens. Cook for 1-2 hours until it's at desired
tenderness.

|
Add salt and pepper for taste.
