     Tara's Collard Greens

Ingredients
1 bunch or 1 bag of pre-chopped collard greens
1 package of Hormel Low Sodium Bacon
3 yellow onions
1 box of Chicken Broth
3 garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper
 

Instructions
Wash Collard Greens. Then chop into 2 inch pieces. Set aside.
Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces with kitchen scissors. Julienne Onions. Combine in large pot and cook to sweat onions.
Add in chicken broth, minced onion and collard greens. Cook for 1-2 hours until it's at desired tenderness.
Add salt and pepper for taste.
Serving Suggestions
Serves 20-30 people.
