Peel peaches and chop very fine or mash. Cover with sugar and stir. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in cream. Put in ice cream freezer and add milk to within 3 inches of the top. Makes 1 gallon.
This is one of Uncle Merrill's families very special recipe. They made it every summer for years.
