     Chicken Torilla Soup

Ingredients
1 onion chopped
1 16 oz. can chili beans
1 15 oz. can black beans
1 15 oz. can whole kernal corn
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can of beer (12 oz.)
2 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chilis, undrained
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
 
Shredded chees, sour cream and tortilla chips to top (optional)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Set pot to low heat, cover and cook for 5 hours. Remove chicken breasts from the soup, along to cool long enough to be handled. Shred the chicken and place back into the soup. Continue to cook for 2 more hours. Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.
