Ingredients
2 pounds hamburger
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP. liquid smoke
3 TBSP quick cure salt
1 Cup water
 

Instructions
Mix above ingredients together. Shape and wrap in foil making sure the ends are sealed. Refridgerate 24 hours. Put in cold water, hard boil then simmer for 1 hour. Take out of foil, wrap in fresh foil and refridgerate
