     Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp roast drippings
 

Instructions
Roast at 425. In a medium bowl beat eggs, milk, flour and salt to make a smooth batter. Pour drippings into a 10 inch pie plate; tilt to coat bottom and side of pie plate. Pour in batter. Bake 23 to 25 minutes, or until the pudding is deep golden brown. Serve immediately with the roast beef.
