     Beef tips with gravy

Ingredients
1 1/2lb Sirloin tip steak diced to bite size pieces
8oz package of fresh mushrooms sliced
1 Green pepper,1 red pepper
1 Chopped onion
Olive oil
Rice or Egg noodles
2 Cups water
2 Packages of Brown Gravy
 
Instructions
In skillet place olive oil,onions,green pepper and mushrooms on medium heat till tender. Add diced sirloin and brown then drain.
Add 2 cups water and 2 packages of brown gravy stir to a boil and serve over bed of rice or noodles.
