     Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
3 cups chopped cook chicken
2 TBSP balsamic vinegerette
3 cups frozen mixed veggies
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup
1 can pilsbury cresent rolls
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375f I toss the chicken in the balsamic vinegerette for some extra flavor but you don't need to do this.
Combine chicken, frozen veggies, cheese and soup into a 13x9 baking dish. Unroll the cresent rolls and place on top of the chicken mix.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Brushing a beaten egg over the crust will make it a very golden brown color.
I find that I often add garlic and pepper to spice up this recipe. If you like some more flavor try doing that to your taste.
