     Taffy Apple Salad - Jello

Ingredients
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 can pineapple chunks (drained) save juice
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
2 red and 2 green apples
8 oz Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup nuts (peanuts)
 
Instructions
Heat eggs, flour, sugar, vinegar, and pineapple juice until thickened and let cool. Cut apples into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together.
