     Egg Dip

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
3-4 Tbsp mayo (enough to moisten the eggs)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 1/2 Tbsp dehydrated onion (softened a bit with water)
3/4 sour cream
Paprika
 

Instructions
Chop eggs very fine, moisten with mayo. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap and put the egg mix in. Refridgerate overnight. Unmold (remove the plastic wrap!) and spread the sides with the onion. Frost with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with Triscits.
