BANANA MUFFINS-
Add 1 small, ripe banana mashed.
LEMON POPPYSEED MUFFINS-
Replace the milk with a 6oz cup of lemon yogurt (or 3/4 cup lemon yogurt) and add 2 teaspoons poppyseeds, a 2.9 oz package of lemon cook and serve pudding mix, and 1/4 cup lemon juice.
