     Macaroini & Cheese

Ingredients
1 package gluten-free macaroni elbows
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cups grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
In saucepan combine milk, broth, cornstarch, and mustard.
While stirring, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add in grated cheese and stir until melted.
Mix in cooked gluten-free macaroni and serve.
