Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 onion - chopped
combine above & simmer
boil & debone 3lb chicken, cut up meat
1 dozen corn tortillas or flour
1lb longhorn cheese - grated
 
Instructions
put pieces of chicken, some cheese and spoonful of sauce in tortilla, roll up and place in greased casserole
pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. cover with cheese top with black olives or jalaenos (optional)
bake @375 30min
