1 lb asparagus spears (thick are better for roasting)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
kosher salt
pepper
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Lay spears in a single layer in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and roll around until covered. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Cook 8-10 min. Drizzle with lemon juice.
