Remove papery skins from tomatillos and rinse well. You can roast or boil tomatillos. To roast cut in half and place cut side down on foil lined baking sheet. Broil 5-7 min. until skins are blackened. To boil place tomatillos in pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Remove with a slotted spoon. Place tomatillos and the rest of the ingred. in a processor and process until smooth.
