Ingredients
2 rib roast bone cut off and tied
Rub
fresj garlic
sea salt
cracked pepper corns 2T
1 t. rosemary and thyme
olive oil
 
Instructions
Make rub put on roast early in day. Bring roast to room temp. (1/2) hour
450 oven for 40 min. Then reduce to 350 After l hour watch temp. Take out at 115. Let rest for 1/2 hour until it reaches 130.
