Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Add corn syrup, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Remove from heat.
Put cereal inot a bowl.
Use fork to dip each marshmallow into peanut butter mixture until all sides are coated. No need to coat the bottom (end facing you). Roll in cereal and then set the marshmallow side down on waxed paper.
