     Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice
1 can (12/5 oz) of chunked chicken breast (or 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped)
1 lb ground sausage
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2/3 cup CREAM SOUP MIX with 2 cups water
1/2 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Cook and drain sausage. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cooked rice in the baking dish.
Top ric ewith chunked chicken, cooked sausage and onion flakes, set aside. In a saucepan combine CREAM SOUP MIX and cold water. Stirring constntly, heat over medium heat until soup thickens and begins to boil.
Add sour cream to soup and stir will to remove lumps. Pour soup over the other ingredients in baking dish. Cover casserole with aluminum foil.
Heat oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve with vegetables of your choice, on the side!
