Discard the juice of one of the cans of pineapple.
In a bowl add the 2 cans of pineapple with one can of juice.
Add cheese
Mix flour and sugar together
Add to pineapple mixture.
Lightly grease a 2quart casserole dish
Pour in mixture and top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Spoon melted butter on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
